I am an experienced practitioner who can offer you the time, space and support you need to explore the changes and challenges in your life. With this in mind, a key part of my work is to build a relationship where you feel a sense of safety and trust.
I work with adults to explore and support loss, change and grief, relationship difficulties and anxiety. I use a variety of approaches, depending on your needs and preferences.
I also support young people and their families, particularly where grief and loss is part of the story.
As a couples counsellor, I offer couples the chance to understand their relationship in a neutral, non-judgemental and supportive way. The client here is the couple rather than two individuals. We will work together, looking through an attachment informed lens.
