I am an experienced practitioner who can offer you the time, space and support you need to explore the changes and challenges in your life. With this in mind, a key part of my work is to build a relationship where you feel a sense of safety and trust.
I work with adults and young people to explore and support loss & grief, neurodivergency, relationship difficulties and anxiety. I use a variety of approaches, depending on your needs and preferences. These can include creative approaches, coaching and CBT techniques.
I also work with families and couples who are experiencing challenging life situations which impact their relationship.
